The latest 45 from international duo Marcus I Meets aDUBta is 'Mr Money Man,' the third release from last year's sessions that included 'Listen Up My Son' and 'Heavy Manners.' It is built around a heavy one-drop riddim and channels the classic Studio One 60s vibe with a nod to Ansell Collins' 70s Stalag riddim. Marcus I chants 'Take my uppercut, Mr Money Man' over aDUBta's production, and he also plays and records all instruments. The flip features a live-mixed dub version on aDUBta's Tascam 388, which is pure lo-fi rudeness you don't want to miss.
